16) ALL FOOD CONTACT SURFACES HAVE BEEN CLEANED. 38) THE CURRENT PEST CONTROL PROVIDER DOES NOT OFFER TRAPS AS PART OF THEIR REGULAR SERVICE. THE FACILITY IS TRYING TO FIND A DIFFERENT PROVIDER THAT WILL PROVIDE A MORE COMPREHENSIVE SERVICE. THIS WILL BE AN ONGOING PROJECT AND FOLLOW UP WILL OCCUR AT THE NEXT REGULAR INSPECTION. 49) A CLEANING SERVICE HAS STEAM CLEANED THE ENTIRE KITCHEN. NO ADDITIONAL FOLLOW UP IS REQUIRED FOR THESE ITEMS AT THIS TIME. |
